Refund Policy
If you’ve changed your mind after purchasing a referral, you can request a refund—no stress.
To start the process, email hello@superrun.com.au with:
> your order date
> your name
> your order reference number
You can cancel within 30 days of purchase. Refunds issued in this period will be processed minus a $10 cancellation fee to cover the pathology referral.
Cancellations received after 30 days are not eligible for a refund.
If your request comes in after the lab has processed your sample but before results are uploaded, you’ll receive a 10% refund of the test price.
Once your results and report have been uploaded to your dashboard, we’re unable to offer a refund.
Refunds will be issued to the same payment method used for the original order unless otherwise agreed.
If you’re eligible, your refund will be processed within seven business days of us receiving your request.
