Running is simple. The physiology behind it is complex. We built Superrun to bridge the gap between 'feeling fine' and 'performing at your peak.'
I'm Dren Xerxa, the founder of Superrun. I've been running for over a decade, and I've lined up for the Gold Coast Marathon six years in a row. So when my training started going backwards, I noticed. I was putting in the work, but my energy dipped, recovery dragged, and runs that used to feel easy started to feel like a grind. A standard check told me I was "fine." It wasn't until I looked harder at my own bloodwork that I found the real story: my Ferritin was sitting at 25, right on the edge for an endurance runner, and my Haemoglobin was very low.
Once I addressed them, everything shifted. Running stopped feeling hard, my energy came back, and my training clicked again.
The frustrating part was how hard that information was to get and make sense of. I spend my working life in health technology as Director of LX Health, and I kept asking: why should it be this hard for a runner to understand their own body?
So I built Superrun - the simple, runner-focused blood test and report I wish I'd had. Being proactive about your health and performance shouldn't be complicated. Every runner deserves easy access to the data behind their best running.

Runners track everything except what matters most. Superrun reveals the internal signals that influence energy, recovery, and injury risk. With simple blood testing and clear insights, runners can train smarter and avoid burnout.
Most runners are held back by something they cannot see. They deal with fatigue, plateaus, & slow recovery because of internal imbalances like low iron or high stress load.
When you understand your biomarkers, you make better decisions. We give everyday runners the same internal data elite athletes rely on.
We analyse 10x more performance-specific biomarkers than a standard annual checkup.
Percentage of endurance runners we find with sub-optimal Iron or Vitamin D levels.
Average time athletes report on superrun feeling a noticeable shift in energy levels after correcting a deficiency.
