As a general rule, however, it is not possible to identify you personally from our use of cookies.

  • We do not use the specific results of any tests for marketing profiling. However, if an affiliated doctor suggests a follow-up test based on previous results, we may send you a reminder.

7. Complaint procedure

If you have a complaint concerning the manner in which we maintain the privacy of your personal information, please contact us as set out below. All complaints will be considered by our team, and we may seek further information from you to clarify your concerns. If you remain dissatisfied with the outcome, you may refer the matter to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.

8. Overseas transfer

Your personal information may be shared with recipients located outside Australia. These recipients have data protection laws that protect personal information in a way which is at least substantially similar to the Australian Privacy Principles. We do not share your health data overseas.

Your account (managed via the Bloody Good Tests platform) retains records of your purchases. You may request that we erase your personal data at any time, subject to state and territory legal requirements for the retention of medical records.

Our site is not intended for and shall not be used by anyone under the age of 18.
